Space Available / Passenger Terminal

Reminder to All Space-A Travelers:

Per DODI 4515.13, Section 4, Paragraph 4.1.a.; there is no  guarantee of transportation and reservations will not be accepted or made for any space-available traveler. The DoD is not obligated to continue an individual's travel or return the individual to the point of origin or any other point. Travelers should have sufficient personal funds to pay for commercial transportation, lodging, and other expenses if space-available transportation is not available. All associated expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.

All flights should be considered one way as any subsequent travel is dependent on the location that the flight takes off from. Whether or not the flight is opened for Space Available travel is also dependent on that location.

Welcome

Welcome to the 155th Air Refueling Wing Passenger Terminal home page.

Space available air transportation is a privilege extended to active duty and reserve military members and their dependents, Department of Defense (DoD) civilians, retired military personnel and their dependents. This program is governed by DoD Regulation 4515.13R, Air Transportation Eligibility. Prior to acceptance, all personnel must meet the requirements outlined in this regulation.

Departing from the 155th ARW using the Space-A program is uniquely different than a traditional aerial port and passenger terminal. The 155th ARW does not have channel missions, or regularly scheduled flights. Due to mission type and priority of Space Required passengers, not all flights out of the 155th ARW will have Space Available seats released. The roll call report below will give you an idea of past flights; this does not list all flights, only those eligible for Space-A.

The 155th ARW Passenger Terminal processes passengers during normal duty hours, 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Limited passenger support will be available based on personnel availability and other mission requirements. For your convenience, the 155th ARW Passenger Terminal maintains a 24-hour automated flight information recording phone line, 402-309-1248. The flights that will have seats available will be posted on the phone line 24-72 hours prior to scheduled departure. Once a flight has been released with seats, the passenger prioritization process can begin with the passengers that have signed up.

To ensure the most accurate seat release information, call and listen to the flight information recording at 402-309-1248 (option 1) or stop by the terminal in person during normal business hours 6:30 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., Tuesday through Friday. Additionally, please ensure you call the hotline prior to leaving for the Passenger Terminal for any mission status updates or time changes.

The 155th ARW Passenger Terminal is committed to providing you the best possible service. Please let us know if you have any questions or concerns.
