Early CALL in Procedures (When Applicable)

The following procedures only apply to check-in times outside of our normal duty hours. Passengers are not required to call ahead if the Roll Call time is within the hours of Tue-Fri 0630-1700 Central Time (Federal Holidays may affect this).

Passengers who desire Space-A travel on flights with Roll Call times after duty hours, or anytime on weekends and holidays must let us know of their intent to travel no later than 1500 on the duty day prior to the flight; this time may be adjusted as specified on the 72 Hour Schedule or hotline.

To inform us of your intent to travel, please call commercial (402) 309-1167 or DSN 279-1167, leave a message if there is no answer; or via email to 155.ARW.Space.A.Org@us.af.mil. When you call, please leave your name, seats required,  destination, and date you wish to travel and a passenger service agent will be scheduled to process that flight. For those flights with no interested passengers, the flight will be removed from advertisement the duty day prior to the flight, and a Roll Call will not be held.

For active duty or AGR members, you may call in and your order of precedence will be retained if your leave status commences as expected.
