Maj. Barry Veen, 155th Civil Engineer commander, congratulates Staff Sgt. Jason Johnson, a pavement and construction equipment operator at the 155th Air Refueling Wing's Civil Engineer Squadron for receiving the Navy's Presidential Unit Citation award during a ceremony June 9, 2013, at the Nebraska Air National Guard base in Lincoln, Neb. Johnson helped support Operation Enduring Freedom by assisting in building a new runway to allow heavy aircraft to land and bring supplies to the Marines.
