Brandon Randolph from Elwood, Neb. looks out the window from the pilots seat of a Nebraska Air National Guard KC-135R Stratotanker that is sporting his winning nose art design. The Nose Art program is a Community outreach program designed by the 155th Air Refueling Wing to promote the Air National Guard to the surrounding communities in Nebraska and to support the Nebraska Air National Guard members that hail from these communities.
