Flood Duty

Senior Airman Sara Chadwick, a 22-year-old Madison, Neb., native, a medical technician with the Lincoln-based 155th Air Refueling Wing, operates an all terrain vehicle atop a segment of levee just feet away from flood water of the Missouri River near Omaha’s downtown area June 30. Chadwick is one of 28 Nebraska Air National Guardsmen that volunteered to serve on state active duty in the Nebraska National Guard’s ongoing response to the 2011 flood (Army photo by Sgt.
